What could be more interesting than the writer himself attributing the
popularity of his beautiful work to the singer who rendered it in a more
beautiful and unique style of his own.

About 6-7 months ago, I posted an excerpt from an interview with
"karuNaSree" reg. pushpavilApaM. When the interviewer (Y Jaganmohanarao)
questioned Sree jandhyAla about the popularity of his pushpavilApamu, he
partially attributed it to ghanTasAla's unforgettable rendering. Here it
is:
