[Seems all messages submitted to Telusa on Friday & Saturday landed in
black hole.My followup and one test mail (sent on Friday and Saturday
respectively) didn't make. I don't see them in FTP/hyper format archives
either. I am resubmitting it. --Sreenivas]

I am surprised, but more disappointed to see that message from you, Savithri
gaaru. I have to strongly disagree with most of what you wrote. IMO you made
some baseless accusations/allegations against SCIT automod-RFD/CFV also.

Regarding telusa-SCIT link, I supported (and still do!) that move. IMO the
formation of "telusa" at that time had done a great damage to SCIT literally
taking away all the "tel. lit. content" from it. Whether its SCIT, Telusa,
Ghantasala List, Telugu Vani, ...(for that matter any list you take!) it's
been a small group of people who post. The majority is/was always silent.
So, when most of those SCIT regulars joined Telusa their absence was clearly
visible. I am not going to tell you the entire history of Telugu mailing lists
and NGs, since you have been following all these forums since long years (to
my knowledge). Yes, I do agree with you that some times telusa-scit channel
was wrongly used to post to SCIT, either intentionally or by mistake. Infact
thats the only point where I concur!

About the automod. proposal, Bapa Rao gaaru already replied in detail. I have
followed the thread very keenly those days and off-hand can provide you 400+
messages posted on all kinds of forums related to that topic. BUT can't find
that Telusa was misused for that purpose against the Usenet guidelines. Infact
except posting the CFV on Telusa (which was legal!) when did a discussion on
that particular topic take place?

> the draft proposal circulated, discussed, modified, and finally

This is the most serious allegation you made. I would be glad to fwd you
2+ megabyte text file documenting the entire discussion and would like to
see if the same can be proven.

Over the years I have come across many Telugu netters who were good at making
comments on others' work but never contributed individually. I think Palana
gaaru also tried to convey the same what I am saying.

I can go on and on .... But let me conclude here (if necessary it can be
carried out off-Telusa) with one question, which is certainly not rhetorical.
Being a connoisseur of Telugu literature, and authoress of considerable
reputation why don't you post, atleast once in a while, and educate/enlighten
the Telugu Folk in cyber space?
