Congratulations Ramarao gAru, for conceiving such an excellent idea!
Here are a few annamAchArya sankIrtanas in the form of lullabies,
that have been around for five centuries. Some of these are
available from the audio series aptly titled "amRta varshiNi".
I think these make wonderful additions to a telugu lullaby collection.

lAlanuchu nUchEru lalana lirugaDala

Can't resist adding these songs by the late Krishna Sastry.
I think these also make nice lullabies:

from the movie sampUrNa rAmAyaNamu:
rAmA lAlI! mEghaSyAmA! lAlI!
tAmarasa nayanA! daSaratha tanayA lAlI!
niddaranainA pedavula navvula muddara lunDAli
tUgE jOlaku sarigA munguru lUguchunDAli..

from the movie "unDammA boTTu peDatA":

A donga kaluvarEkullO tummeda lADEnA!
nI soga kanula reppallO tUnIga lADEnA!
tummeda lADEnA - tUnIga lADEnA! ..

from the radio musical "dhanurdAsu":
kAvEri ranga rangA, nA yanna kastUri ranga rangA
dEvEri aina nIku nA manavi telisi rakshmichalEvA
..
vaikunTha nagari viDachi, nA tanDri! lOkAlanella kaDachi
